GoHighLevel and Follow Up Boss are verified live against each vendor; HubSpot, Salesforce, and Zapier accept stored credentials with sample demo keys you can paste or fill in one click. Contact sync and message mirroring will use these connections in a later release.

Sync contacts

Bulk: run pull or push once from here. Event push: auto-send one contact to the CRM after inbound SMS, star, outbound submit, or status change (per connection below). Event pull: POST from Zapier/CRM to import rows into a campaign using your webhook secret.

Message logs show texting traffic. Sync activity lists bulk sync, webhook imports, and failed automatic (event) pushes.

Pull: imports the same CRM batch into every campaign (up to 40 campaigns). Push: combines contacts across campaigns; duplicates the same phone once (most recently updated wins).

2. Event push (automatic)

When enabled for the same connection selected above, EZPZ Texting pushes one contact at a time to that CRM (or your Zapier hook) after each event. Uses real credentials — not demo keys.

3. Event pull (webhook)

For “when something happens in HubSpot/Zapier, add rows to EZPZ Texting”: generate a secret, then POST JSON to the URL below (same secret in the body). One campaign per request.

Use path …/api/integrations/hooks/event-pull (hyphen event-pull), not underscore.
